Capacity is unique for each event, dependent upon event design and layout. Event site maps will be required to help determine capacity.

Insurance

All events must secure and present a Certificate of Insurance that meets our venues requirements no less than (30) Days prior to the event.

If you purchase a policy through our Event Helper link you will receive a complimentary (1) hour of additional event rental time.

Supplies & Utilities

Branch Park Pavilion provides restroom supplies. A refrigerator, trash dumpster, and recycling dumpster are also provided onsite.

Branch Park Pavilion is equipped with power accessible throughout the building and water access in the kitchen and restrooms. The venue includes basic overhead lighting on dimmers. The Pavilion has a WiFi system built into the venue. WiFi connectivity is free with your rental, which is sufficient for email, light social media use and web browsing.

Parking

Metered parking is available on surrounding streets (check times and days for free hours) and multiple public parking garages are located nearby. All paid parking is currently $2/hour. Valet parking is encouraged and events can work with staff to pay for parking on behalf of their guests.

Vendors

The Branch Park Pavilion does not include any rentals. Tables, chairs, AV and sound equipment, decorations, and other materials will need to be provided by the Client and approved prior to contract signing. The Pavilion does not have required vendors for rentals or catering. It is not a TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) licensed venue and is a non-permitted food facility. This allows flexibility in Client's catering choice, but the venue requires all alcohol be provided by a licensed vendor and served by TABC-certified bartender. Clients can reference the Austin Public Health and TABC websites for more specific information for events.
